Hotel lighting system Application

In 2014, in collaboration with Daffy Design Labs, I designed the tablet application for a hotel's management and staff for controlling smart lighting installations done by the Daffy Labs team. 

During this project, I was responsible for wireframes and UI. Gathering information on how the managers would use the application and how often, gave me a basic understanding that the UI needed to be more visual in terms of recognition of floors and specific areas of the hotel like the lobby and restaurant. 

Since all the stakeholders would know the layout I decided to use the light shapes and the blueprints of the floors to visually represent the lighting system and buttons to turn them on and off.
