Hello!
I am an Interaction Designer and have been working in UX design and technology for 6 years. I currently work at Design Group Italia, a multidisciplinary design consultancy and in the past worked for both Salesforce.com and RSA Security at EMC2.
I have a Master in Interaction Design from Domus Academy in Milan, Italy and a Bachelors in Communication Design from National Institute of Creative Communication in India.
I work on projects as a user experience designer and/or physical-digital interaction designer; with a keen interest in research, analysis and addressing complex problems, data interpretation and customer process scenarios.
My work experience ranges from projects for global Fortune 500 clients to a fast-paced startup; responsible for multi-device, cloud platforms and other web & mobile applications. This has also gotten me to work aside mechanical engineers, software developers, as well as the C-level management to achieve the goal of the user and business-centric experience design.
Most recently, I have been a part of Interaction Design Association (IxDA)’s core-team for the annual conference, Interaction Week 2020, as the Volunteers Director, a role I was honoured to be chosen for. Here are some photos of this interesting 7-day event!

I also continue to work as an independent User Experience Consultant for startups, technology and digital agencies; to help them better understand and approach their various stakeholders using design thinking methodologies by hosting workshops, designing their digital solutions as well as sharing latest digital ux trends. Currently I work with companies like Freshlancers, Tetrate and Chaal.Chaal.Agency.
